Wet

I ran up a big hill with the men this morning while the women rollerskied through a rainy deluge. I think the men lucked out today. In heavy rain, it seems a lot easier to stay warm when you're running uphill for an hour than when you're doing repeats up and down a hill on rollerskis.

Magnar hasn't quite figured out how to wear his new shirt yet.
This one's for Espen's grandmother. I heard she's a fan of the blog.
After training. Planning strategy over lunch.
Trond had a question for the team: "How many coats is Tuva wearing?"

Marine

Yesterday, it was a lot nicer weather for rollerskiing. Here we are, doing our thing:
Austin, Trond, Maggi.
Four Seawolves. Four styles.
Quail, in the background: skating.
Magnum: classic double-pole.
Austin: popping wheelies.
Espen, a hodgepodge of everything he's ever seen anybody ever do on a pair of skis. (honestly, I think I can see skating, diagonal, double-pole, herringbone, and cheating...)

And Helen's got her own thing going on, too.
